SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

  • We ship all over India.

  • We provide free shipping for prepaid orders of Rs.500 and above.

  • We charge a shipping fee of Rs.100 for prepaid orders below Rs.500

  • A flat Rs.100 charge is applied to all COD orders.

DELIVERY PROCESS
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the details of the tracking number from Delivery.

DISPATCHING ORDERS:

We ensure your orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

RETURN POLICY

Wrong item delivered

In case a wrong item is delivered, we have a 2-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@haruharuindia.comor on our instagram with the image of the product and the order invoice. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business days if the item is defective, damaged or leaking, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Contact us at hello@haruharuindia.com or on our instagram with the image of the product and the order invoice within 2 business days inorder to raise an exchange request.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out your desired product. Please note that we only accept exchanges in case a wrong item is delivered or if the product is damaged and we decide to exchange it.

Exceptions / non-returnable / non-replaceable items

We do not exchange vitamin C serums. We store our vitamin C in cool temperature until it’s shipped out to you to avoid oxidation. However, pure vitamin C has a tendency to leak/oxidise in hot weather conditions it is exposed to during transit which is beyond our control. Hence, pure vitamin C is the only product that we do not offer exchange on.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Product is not damaged due to misuse/overuse

  • Returned with original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories.

  • Serial Number and original packaging is not tampered.

  • Product is unused and unaltered.

  • If request is initiated within 2 business days of order delivery.

  • Not a free product.

  • Does not come under Exceptions.

  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at hello@haruharuindia.com. Your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you, for prepaid orders, within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING

We don't accept order cancellations once the shipment has been handed over to the courier company from our end.

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION/RETURN

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of the shipment being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking or wallet/UPI, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email.

CANCELLATION FROM OUR END

Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.
